LEVEL ONE
These Are the Lowest level offenders. Mostly Parent Ordered. Thieves, Minor Drug Busts, Underaged Drinking and the like get put here. They have the most freedoms and Meet with Black Star only once a year.
LEVEL TWO
These are secondary offenders. Most often they are here for fighting and a harder drug, occasionally something worse. They still have freedom but monitered. Once a month meetings with Black Star.
LEVEL THREE
Often sent for assault or threats that are severe enough. These meet with Black Star at her need. They have little freedom, however they may go outside within the fences.
LEVEL FOUR
These are the killers, the drug dealers, the arson runners. These are the kids that are only allowed to leave with an escort. They meet with Black Star Once a week at the least.
